Slurry pump description
Slurry pump are cantilever horizontal centrifugal slurry pump. They
are widely used in industry of mining, electrical power,
metallurgy, coal, environmental, etc for transportation of abrasive
solid slurry. Mud pump, impurity pump, dredge pump and desilting
pump are all belong to category of slurry pump. Material are vary
from corrosion and abrasion degree, high chrome abrosion &
corrosion resistance alloy Cr27MoNi, Cr30MoNi are optional.
Features
· Bearing assembly- large diameter shaft with short overhang
contributes to long bearing life.
· Liners – easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued to the
casing for positive maintenance.
· Casing – Casing halves of cast or ductile iron provide high
operating pressure capabilities.
· Impeller – front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce
recirculation and seal contamination.
· Throatbush – wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the
use of tapered.

plate and over current parts.
- Long service life, reliable performance and easy operation.
- The shaft seals Type: Gland seal , Expeller Seal , mechanical Seal.
- Discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees.
