Technology
High chrome alloy material
1. A05 is a wear resistant white iron that offers excellent performance
under erosive conditions.The high abrasive-resistance of A05 is
supported by the presence of hard carbides within its
micro-structure. Alloy A05 is particularly suited
to applications where mild corrosion resistance, as well as erosion
resistance is required. |
| 2. A07 Marten-sic white iron with moderate erosion resistance. |
| 3. A49 is usually apply in low pH corrosion duties, where
erosive-resistance is also needed. The alloy is particularly
suitable for Flue Gas Desulphu-rization(FGD) and other corrosive
applications, pH less than 4. A49 has an erosion resistance similar
to that of Ni-Hard |
Application
Impeller and volute liner is warman type 8/6E- slurry pump wet
parts replacement. 8/6E- slurry pump is widely applied in iron ore,
chemical fertilizer, coal mining, tailing, powe plant FDG, gold
mine, copper mine, and etc. The material high chrome alloy
Cr27,Cr28,A05,A07,A49 is suitable for wear-resistance and erosion
resistance working conditions.
