Slurry pump description
Slurry pump are cantilever horizontal centrifugal slurry pump.
They are widely used in industry of mining, electrical power,
metallurgy, coal, environmental, etc for transportation of abrasive
solid slurry.
Mud pump, impurity pump, dredge pump and desilting pump are all
belong to category of slurry pump.
Material are vary from corrosion and abrasion degree, high chrome
abrosion & corrosion resistance alloy Cr27MoNi, Cr30MoNi are
optional.

Pump features
1). Cantilever, horizontal centrifugal Slurry pump
2). Better wear-resistance and corrosive resistance
3). Frame plate for type pumps have replaceable wear-resistant
metal( high chrome alloy ) liners or rubber
liners. The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal( high chrome
alloy ) or Natural rubber .
4). In allowable pressure range, it can be used in series in
stages, and allowable maximum working pressure is 3.6Mpa.
5). Expeller seal, mechanical seal and packing seal are available .
6). The discharge branch can be positioned at interval of 45
degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit
installations and applications.
Application
This series is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever
horizontal centrifugal slurry pump. This series of pumps adopts the
international advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory and is
designed according to the principle of minimum loss. Using
high-hard alloy cast iron, its material has high abrasion
resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, so as to
increase its life. It can be widely used in mining, metallurgy,
electric power, coal, chemical, building materials and other
industries, and conveying solids The abrasive and corrosive slurry
of the particles, the maximum weight concentration of the
solid-liquid mixture: 45% mortar, 60% ore slurry
